healthWORKZ provides individual services to our clients to help them heal from emotional distress, while encouraging them to take action and make positive changes in their lives.

We have expertise in a variety of areas including:

Our client-focused therapy model is based on wellness and taking a whole-person perspective (body, mind, emotions, culture, community, lifestyle, relationships). We focus on empowerment, developing one’s potential, lifestyle wellness, and values-driven living.

Our behaviorally-oriented, collaborative, and time-limited treatment model focuses on the unique needs and goals of the client, and is designed to improve overall functioning and increase the person's strengths and natural support systems.

Therapy is viewed as a collaborative effort based on the person’s values, culture and life goals.

We look at current problems in living in the context of the person's strengths, family and community resources, and capacities for adaptive functioning. Our goal is to help you increase wellness, personal empowerment, lifestyle balance, flexible and adaptable functioning across multiple life domains, and personal resiliency.
